İranın Azərbaycan Respublikasının Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikası ərazisinə etdiyi dron hücumu birmənalı olaraq terror aktıdır və bu hərəkət hərbi cinayətdir. Hərbi cinayət beynəlxalq qanunlarla ən ağır cinayət əməli hesaba edilir. Bu hücumu şiddətlə pisləyirik. İran qonşu dövlətlərə hücumlar etməklə öz terror siyasətini və qəsbkarlıq meyillərini davam etdirir. İran terror rejimi tərəfindən Azərbaycan qarşı edilən terror hücumu isə alçaq təcavüzkar siyasətdən qaynaqlanır. Bu naqis əməl və bu mənfur hadisə, bölgədəki heçbir siyasi və hərbi münaqişədə və hazırkı müharibədə iştirak etməyən Azərbaycan Respublikasının suverenliyinin və ərazi bütövlüyünün pozulmasıdır. İran bölgə dövlətlərinə, öz qonşularına hücumu dayandırmalı və xüsusən Azərbaycana qarşı bir daha heçbir naqis addım atmamalıdır. Region ölkələrini, xüsusən qonşuluqdakı dövlətləri və xalqları hədəf almaq müharibə cinayətdir. Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikasının mülki obyektlərini, mülki obyektləri - beynəlxalq hava limanını və məktəb binasını dronla vurmaq birmənalı olaraq hərbi cinayətdir. Azərbaycan müharibənin iştirakçısı və bilavasitə hər hansısa bir formada tərəfi deyil, münaqişədə iştirak etmir və əvvəldən indiyə qədər münaqişədə tərəf olmayıb, öz tərəfsizliyini və neytrallığını bu günə qədər hər vasitə ilə qoruyub, İrana qarşı heçbir prosesdə və hərbi eskalasiyada bilavasitə hər hansısa bir formada iştirakı olmayıb. Belə bir halda İranın Azərbaycan ərazisinə hücumu terror aktıdır. Və bu hal qətiyyən yol verilməzdir.İran molla rejimi bu əməli ilə müharibə cinayəti törətmişdir. İrandakı teokratik və kriminal terrosit rejim bu absurd əməli ilə beynəlxalq hüququ kobud şəkildə pozmuşdur.

Iran’s drone attack on the territory of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of the Republic of Azerbaijan is unequivocally a terrorist act, and this action is a war crime. A war crime is considered the most serious criminal act under international laws. We strongly condemn this attack. By carrying out attacks on neighboring states, Iran continues its policy of terror and its tendencies of aggression. The terror attack committed against Azerbaijan by the Iranian terror regime stems from a vile aggressive policy.
This flawed act and this heinous incident constitute a violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which does not participate in any political or military conflict in the region and does not take part in the current war. Iran must stop attacking the states of the region, its neighbors, and especially must not take any such flawed step against Azerbaijan again. Targeting the states of the region, especially neighboring states and peoples, is a war crime.
Striking civilian objects of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic — civilian objects such as the international airport and a school building — with a drone is unequivocally a war crime. Azerbaijan is not a participant in the war and is not directly a party in any form; it does not participate in the conflict and from the beginning until now has not been a party to the conflict, and has preserved its neutrality and impartiality by every means until today, and has had no direct participation in any process or military escalation against Iran in any form.
In such a case, Iran’s attack on the territory of Azerbaijan is a terrorist act. And this situation is absolutely unacceptable. By this act, the Iranian mullah regime has committed a war crime. The theocratic and criminal terrorist regime in Iran has grossly violated international law by this absurd act.
