Açıq-aşkar görünür ki‚ məkrli İran molla rejimi Qafqaz regionu ilə birgə Yaxın Şərq regionunda da terror və hərbi təxribatlar yaratmağa çalışır.  Terrorist İran molla rejiminin diktəsilə Həmas və Hizbullah terror şəbəkəsi tərəfindən İsrailə qarşı raket hücumları və ardı-arda terror aktları törədilir. Livan və Qəzza şeridindən İsrailə mülki insanların olduğu yaşayış obyektlərinə‚ inzibati dövlət binalarının yerləşdiyi ərazilərə onlarla raket atılıb. Dəmir Qübbə Hava Hücumundan Müdafiə Sistemləri hər nə qədər atılan raketləri zərərsizləşdirsə də‚ mülki sakinlər‚ günahsız insanlar raket hücumlarından zərər görmüşdür. Təl-Əviv də daxil olmaqla İsrailin bir çox şəhərində xain terrorçular tərəfindən növbəti terror aktları törədilib. İsrail ərazilərinə qarşı törədilən terror hücumlarında və atılan raketlər nəticəsində mülki sakinlər‚ dinc və sivil insanlar böyük zərər görməkdədir. İsrail dövləti dünyada ən çox terrora məruz qalan ölkədir və yəhudi xalqı terrordan ən çox əziyyət çəkən xalqdır. İsrail dövlətinin mehriban qonşuluq siyasətinə baxmayaraq terror hücumları səngimir və İsrail vətəndaşlarına radikal ərəblər və fələstinli terrorçular tərəfindən mütamadi terror hücumları baş verir. 
Açıq aşkar görünür ki‚ İsrailə qarşı törədilən bu qanlı terrorların arxasında İranın  məkrli və cinayətkar terrorist molla rejimi dayanır. Bütün dünyaya məlumdur ki‚ Hizbullah terror şəbəkəsi İran molla rejimi tərəfindən yaradılıb və Livan əraziləri birbaşa İranın və Hizbullah terrorçularının nəzarətindədir. İsrailə edilən raket hücumları İranın molla rejiminin diktəsilə edilir. Həmçinin Qəzza zolağındakı terrorçular da birbaşa mənfur İran rejiminin nəzarətindədir. İran rejiminin göndərdiyi silahlar və verdiyi maliyyə hesabına silahlanam Həmas və Hizbullah terror quruplaşmaları aktivləşərək hazırda İsrail ərazilərinə qarşı ağır terror hücumları‚ hərbi cinayətlər həyata keçirir. Məkrli və cinayətkar İran molla rejimi cənubi Qafqazda‚ Azərbaycan və Ermənistan sərhədlərində olduğu kimi‚ yaxın Şərqdə də hərbi cinayətlər‚ terror və təxribatlar həyata keçirir. Terror və günahsız insan qətliamı bütün səmavi kitablarda qadağan olunmuş və lənətlənmş bir əməldir.  İsraildə baş verən terror aktını və terroru törədən cinayətkarları lənətləyirik. 

İsrailin terrorçulara qarşı mübarizə aparmaq‚ ərazi bütövlüyünü və vətəndaşlarını qorumaq haqqı və hüququ vardır. İsrail dövlətinin beynəlxalq qanunlarla özünü müdafiə hüququ var. Həmçinin İsrail dövləti öz   ərazisini və vətəndaşlarının təhlükəsizliyini qorumağa borcludur. Bu səbəbdən istənilən hərbi və anti-terror əməliyyatını keçirtmək‚ terrorçuları zərərsizləşdirmək‚ ərazisini və mülki vətəndaşlarını qorumaq İsrail dövlətinin beynəlxalq qanunlarla tənzimlənən hüququdur.

Mirsamir Mammadov: "Terrorist Iranian mullah regime is behind terrorist and rocket attacks by Hamas and Hezbollah against Israel."

 It is obvious that the insidious Iranian mullah regime is trying to create terrorist and military provocations in the Middle East region together with the Caucasus region.  At the behest of the terrorist regime of the Iranian mullahs, the terrorist network Hamas and Hezbollah are carrying out rocket attacks and successive terrorist attacks against Israel.  Dozens of rockets were fired from Lebanon and the Gaza Strip into Israel at residential facilities where there are civilians and administrative state buildings.  Although the Iron Dome Air Defense Systems neutralized the launched missiles, civilians and innocent people were harmed by the missile attacks.  In many cities of Israel, including Tel Aviv, terrorist attacks were committed by treacherous terrorists.  As a result of terrorist attacks and rockets launched against Israeli territories, civilian residents, peaceful and civilized people suffer great damage.  The state of Israel is the most terrorized country in the world, and the Jewish people are the people that suffer the most from terrorism.  Despite the good neighborly policy of the Israeli state, terrorist attacks do not stop and Israeli citizens are regularly attacked by radical Arabs and Palestinian terrorists.
 It seems obvious that the insidious and criminal terrorist mullah regime of Iran is behind these bloody terrors committed against Israel.  It is known to the whole world that the Hezbollah terrorist network was created by the regime of the Iranian mullahs, and the Lebanese territories are directly under the control of Iran and Hezbollah terrorists.  Missile attacks on Israel are carried out at the behest of Iran's mullahs' regime.  Also, the terrorists in the Gaza Strip are directly under the control of the hated Iranian regime.  Armed with the weapons sent by the Iranian regime and the funding provided, the terrorist organizations Hamas and Hezbollah have become active and are currently carrying out serious terrorist attacks and war crimes against Israeli territories.  The insidious and criminal regime of the Iranian mullahs is carrying out war crimes, terrorism and provocations in the South Caucasus, along the borders of Azerbaijan and Armenia, as well as in the Middle East.  Terrorism and the killing of innocent people is an act forbidden and cursed in all heavenly books.  We condemn the terrorist act in Israel and the perpetrators of terrorism.

 Israel has the right and the right to fight against terrorists, protect its territorial integrity and its citizens.  The state of Israel has the right to self-defense under international law.  Also, the state of Israel is obliged to protect its territory and the security of its citizens.  For this reason, conducting any military and anti-terrorist operation, neutralizing terrorists, protecting its territory and civilians is the right of the State of Israel regulated by international law.
