İsraildə Azərbaycanın Səfirliyinin açılması hər iki ölkə tarixində çox uğurlu hadisədir. Bu uğurlu addım hər iki ölkənin və hər iki xalqın tarixində yeni bir strateji mərhələnin başlanğıcı deməkdir və dostluqda‚ əməkdaşlıqda və müttəfiqliyin möhkəmlənməsində yeni bir səhifə açacaqdır.  

Bu fikirləri‚ İsraildə Azərbaycan Səfirliyinin açılmasından danışarkən‚ Rusiya Yəhudi Konqresinin üzvü Rəhim Ağalarov deyib. Konqres Nümayəndəsi bildirib ki‚ Səfirliyin açılması Azərbaycan xalqı ilə yəhudi xalqı arasındakı tarixi dostluğu və qardaşlıq bağlarını daha da möhkəmləndirəcək. İsrail və Azərbaycan dünya səviyyəsində müttəfiq və dost ölkədir. Hər iki ölkə hər zaman bir-birinə dəstək olmağa çalışıb. Birinci və ikinci Qarabağ müharibələrində İsrail var qüvvəsi ilə Azərbaycan xalqının və dövlətinin yanında oldu. Bütün dünya Yəhudiləri Azərbaycana öz dəstəyini ifadə edərək Qarabağın azad edilməsi istiqamətində dünya birliyinə çağırışlar etdilər. Yəhudi xalqı tarix boyu Azərbaycan xalqı ilə birlikdə olub və bu gün də Yəhudi xalqı Azərbaycan xalqının və dövlətinin yanındadır. İsrail və Azərbaycan enerji‚ iqtisadi‚ hərbi və təhlükəsizlik sahələrində etibarlı müttəfiqdirlər. Hər iki ölkə arasında strateji əməkdaşlıq daha da genişlənir. İsrail və Azərbaycanın dostluğu‚ strateji və hərbi əməkdaşlığı bölgədə sülh və sabitliyin qorunmasına öz töhvəsini verir. İsrail və Azərbaycanın müttəfiqliyi ilk öncə sülh və sabitliyə xidmət edir. Bu‚ ən çox bölgədəki xalqların rahat və firəvan yaşamasına mühüm töhvədir. İsrail dövləti bütün türk dünyasına və türk xalqlarına dost və qardaş ölkədir. Yəhudilərlə Türk xalqları arasında qədim tarixdən üzübəri dostluq münasibətləri mövcuddur. Azərbaycanın İsraildə Səfirliyinin açılması eyni zamanda bu dostluqları daha da inkişaf etdirəcək və möhkəmləndirəcəkdir. Bu səbəbdən İsrialdə Azərbaycanın Səfirliyinin açılması çox vacib məsələ idi və son dərəcə stateji və əlamətdar hadisədir. Hər iki ölkə və xalq üçün xeyirli və uğurlu olsun‚ deyə Rəhim Ağalarov qeyd edib.

  Rahim Agalarov, a member of the Russian Jewish Congress, said these thoughts while talking about the opening of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Israel. The State of Israel is a friendly and brotherly country to the entire Turkic world and the Turkic peoples. Friendly relations exist between Jews and Turkic peoples since ancient times.
