On December 29, the President of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the appointment of ambassador to the State of Israel.  Deputy Minister of Science and Education Mukhtar Mammadov was appointed the ambassador of Azerbaijan to Israel.  Good luck.
