Türkiyədə İstanbulun mərkəzində baş vermiş qanlı terror aktının törədilməsi və günahsız insanların ölməsi və yaralanması xəbəri bizi ürəkdən sarsıtdı. Terrorun dili‚ dini və vətəni yoxdur. Terror bütün səmavi dinlərdə lənətlənən bir əməldir. Terror ən ağır cinayətdir. Bütün dünya terrorizmə qarşı birgə mübarizə aparnalıdır.
Günahsız insan tələfatına səbəb olan hər bir qanlı əməl lənətlənməlidir.  Qardaş Türk xalqına və Türkiyə dövlətinə qarşı yaşanan və günahsız insanların faciəli ölümünə və yaralanmasına səbəb olan bu xain hücumu şiddətlə pisləyir‚ bu qanlı teraktı törədənləri lənətləyirik. Belə acılı gündə qardaş Türkiyə dövlətinin və xalqının yanındayıq. Türk xalqının kədərinə şərik olur‚ acısını paylaşırıq.  Həlak olanlara Tanrıdan rəhmət diləyir‚ məkanları cənnət olsun deyirik. Yaralılara isə Allahdan şəfa diləyirik. Qardaş Türkiyə dövlətinə və xalqına dərin hüznlə başsağlığı veririk.  Heçbir xain hücum və terror aktı Türkiyə dövlətini öz yolundan döndərə bilməz. Bir daha terrorizmə qarşı mübarizədə Türkiyə dövlətinin və xalqının yanında olduğumuzu ifadə edirik.   Dualarımız dost və qardaş Türkiyə xalqı ilə birlikdədir.

  The news of the bloody terrorist attack in the center of Istanbul in Turkey and the death and injury of innocent people shook us to the core.  Terror has no language, religion and homeland.  Terrorism is an act condemned in all heavenly religions.  Terrorism is the most serious crime.  The whole world should fight terrorism together.
 Every bloody deed that causes the loss of an innocent person must be condemned.  We strongly condemn this treacherous attack against the brotherly Turkish people and the Turkish state, which caused the tragic death and injury of innocent people, and we curse the perpetrators of this bloody terrorist attack.  On such a painful day, we are with the state and people of brother Turkey.  We share the grief of the Turkish people.  We pray for God's mercy to those who perished, may their places be heaven.  We pray for the healing of the wounded.  We offer our deepest condolences to the brotherly state and people of Turkey.  No treacherous attack and terrorist act can turn the Turkish state from its path.  Once again, we express that we are with the state and people of Turkey in the fight against terrorism.  Our prayers are with the friendly and brotherly people of Turkey.
